For over 30 years, John has been working as a Project Manager/Project Designer/Coordinator in the field of Architecture. He works with various building types, sizes and complexity including residential, commercial, mixed-use, K-12 schools, and University/College projects. John has worked in multiple states that include Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Wyoming. Over the past eight years, John has built relationships with clients, engineers and contractors all over the state of Wyoming.

John's professional skills include project development through preliminary design, processing planning applications through counties and municipalities, schematic design, design development, construction document production coordinating engineering consultants, processing of building permit applications and monitoring of construction budgets. Teamwork and attentiveness toward client needs is a top priority. John's goal is to provide quality architecture and design while economizing cost in the construction of a project. This skill creates trust and a teamwork attitude with an ability to complete success for any project.

John will become a licensed Architect in 2024 for Wyoming and Colorado. John contracts with two Registered Architects for the States of Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming and can provide licensed stamped drawings through those Architects until his licensure is complete in 2024.

John holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington.
